The 65g Eco Thermal paper is a high-quality, specially treated material , offering enhanced printability and durability. Eco Thermal paper without protective coating resistance to water,plastic,grease,scratch.With a weight of 65±10% g/m² and a thickness of 0.065±10% mm, it provides a sturdy yet flexible surface. The 40g white glassine liner offers a smooth, durable backing (0.035±10% mm thickness), ensuring strength and easy handling.

Product Description
General-purpose hot melt adhesive with high initial tack and excellent performance on many packaging materials,with a peel adhesion of 17N/25mm (FTM 9) to stainless steel, which increases to 18N/25mm after 20 minutes at a 180° angle and 9N/25mm at 90° after the same duration. Not suitable for application on PVC surfaces. Bottles with small diameters and irregular surfaces or frequently squeezed are not recommended. A comprehensive labeling test must be conducted in the final use environment before applied. Suitable for low temperatures or rough surfaces. Usually used with films.

Product Features
Thermal Paper Face: This product has certain tensile and tearing strength which can be applied on many objects, and has high removability and water washing removal performance. This product is used to make wine bottle labels, etc. Due to the different surface energies of the objects to be applied, it is recommended to test the label on the object before use.
Hotmelt Rubber base-Strong-stick: General-purpose permanent rubber-based adhesive with high viscosity and excellent processing performance. It has a good performance on the surface of glass, stainless steel, PE, PP, cartons and other materials that do not contain plasticizers.
